MyFurPet Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use MyFurPet. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

MyFurPet offers optional VIP Club memberships and premium features processed securely through official mobile app stores (Apple App Store & Google Play Store):

  Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• 🐾
  Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime in your device's Store Account Settings. Refunds follow Apple and Google Play consumer policies.

PawPoints™ awarded for daily care streaks, walk tracker routes, and community reviews are non-monetary virtual motivation points. PawPoints hold zero cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the MyFurPet application.

MyFurPet is uncompromisingly dedicated to ethical animal welfare and responsible pet parenting. The following activities result in immediate permanent account termination without appeal:

• 🚫Unregistered commercial breeding operations and illegal puppy mills.
• 🚫Trafficking, sale, or trade of endangered, protected, or wild animal species.
• 🚫Fraudulent adoption listings, fake clinic credentials, or fee extortion schemes.

You retain full ownership of photos, posts, and pet profiles uploaded to MyFurPet. By posting on public feeds or lost pet bulletins, you grant MyFurPet a royalty-free license to display and broadcast that content strictly for community operations and lost pet recovery.
